La Petite Ferme Variation 2021 Per Case

Wine of origin Franschhoek. All the grapes come from La Petite Ferme vineyards. Purple flowers, violets and rose petals on the nose. The Mourvèdre adds savoury notes with spice in the background. This wine is very accessible early in its life with light oak and fine tannins.

Shiraz undergoes 10% whole bunch fermentation, aged in 15% New French oak and balanced in older barrels for 10 months. Grenache , Mourvèdre and Carignan aged in old French oak barrels to respect fruit.
