La Petite Ferme Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 Per Case

Ruby garnet colour. Red apple and tea leaf on the nose. Palate is dry and grainy with red apple, leather and spice following the nose. Cigar box and some char notes on the dry and bold finish.

Picked between 24.0-25.0 balling. Fermentation in open fermenters for 10 days and cap punched down manually every 6-8 hours. The wine is matured in 225L French oak barrels for 13 months with 10% new oak.
