La Petite Ferme Sauvignon Blanc 2025 Per Case

Grapes for this vintage are all from our Franschhoek Vineyards. The oak, like previous vintages is very subtle. Citrus and lime notes with white pear on the nose. Fresh line of acidity lingers throughout the dry elegant finish on the palate.

Grapes from three different vineyards are picked separately. 6-8 hour skin contact before pressing and fermenting in 100% Stainless steel. Wine is left on its fine lees for a further 2 months with occasional stirring to develop full rich flavours
